Photo taken around the end of November. Whiskey Rebellion was a little different last year, but still glad we were able to get these amazing brews. I would call this years Cuvée Reserve a very smooth, tasty, and unique blend. Super good, what was your favorite Rebellion blend this year? This brew is a mix of 2016 Whiskey Rebellion, 2020 Baltic aged in Bourdon Barrels, 2020 Baltic aged in Whiskey Barrels and 2016 Pirogue aged in Cabernet Barrels.
