I created this wildlife photo of a Bumble Bee Flying over red flowers near Winter Haven, Florida in early August of 2019. The Bumble-Bee, like most bees is an important part of the cross-pollination of many flowering plants. The yellow and black "fur" on a bumble bee aids it in collecting pollen from the many flowers it will visit in a day and is typically stored in balls on the bee's rear legs for storage on the way to the hive. Another typical name for a bumble be is the Humble-Bee due to it's non-agressive nature.
