Deep in the Argyll countryside stood a graveyard hundreds of years old. As the sheep grazed contentedly among the deteriorating headstones, this mother daughter pair moved in almost perfect synchronicity. Luckily for me it led to this image.
I felt that the missing horn gave a certain edge over the usual perfect symmetry seen with most horned sheep photographs.

Took some doing but managed to get super close to this very brave red squirrel. This was taken at about 50 cm away with a 105mm nikon micro lens.

The rest of the herd had wandered off and left this young bull on the brow of the hill, with the sun setting behind him.
