Two images combined by overlay. The larger figure is that of Perseus holding the severed head of Medusa. In Greek mythology she was one of three monstrous Gorgons . The smaller busts are of Roman Gods. They are found on a belvedere overlooking the Mediterranean sometimes called the Terrace of Infinity. This idyllic location is within walking distance of the town called Ravello, which is on the southern coast of Italy. The Amalfi Coast to be specific. The statue of Perseus was photographed while visiting the Vatican City Museum.
