Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in town of lanark at the world heritage site of new lanark which was inscribed as an UNESCO world heritage site in 2001.

Time

The time of day was around 2pm whilst myself and my wife took our dog a walk.

Lighting

The lighting was ideal as it was overcast so didn’t create too much light it just settled in nicely with the whole idea of the picture

Equipment

This particular shot was taken with an iPhone 12 Pro but I also had taken my Pentax k70 dslr that way

Inspiration

The winters conditions made this whole scene come together this area is lovely all year round but this winter just made it that extra bit special

Editing

For this particular shot I used snapseed app on my iPhone

In my camera bag

I normally have my iPhone on me in my bag I carry my Pentax k70dslr with 18mm to 135mm lens and various other primes. I carry 2 spare batteries lens cleaner and my tripod.

Feedback

Take photos as many as you can out of all the photos you take you may only find one that is amazing but it will be worth it. Use different techniques and equipment like an iPhone aswell as dslr and if you can’t get the shot you want think about moving yourself to get the shot you want.
