The previous bridge was burned down in 1974. Arson was the cause. The government built a new concrete bridge upstream but the community decided they wanted the old covered bridge back. The small local community raised funds over several years and this new bridge was completed in 1984.

A welcome break from the Covid lockdown.

This tree is in our front yard. We've been fighting the city for 10 years because they want to cut it down.

An isolated warm day melted the ice and provided this unexpected reflection.

The love between these two is palatable.

I decided to take a different route home and found this beautiful calm water.

I woke up to a city blanketed in fog. I crossed the river as quickly as possible and grabbed this shot just as the dense fog started to dissipate.
