Here’s a poem I wrote for this image:
“In time we will swallow the lines of tomorrow.
Hook, line and sinker despite all the sorrow.
Plagued with misfortune but still I must rise.
The evening’s a mystery, her lights a surprise.
Will it fade to just gray before it begins?
Will it burn like the glory days way back when.
I grin with big teeth, I cry with the tide.
Salty, the tears that flow from my eyes.
Restore my balance and carry me through.
My world is electric and ground by this view”.
