That was a photo taken in a hostel for artists in Liberdade neighbourhood of São Paulo,Brasil.Place where I lived for two years.I've chosen that place also for the extraordinary beautiful light in there.I felt I could try good exposures for the pictures.Time
As usually do,I observed the light incidence after noon and chosen the middle of afternoon to make the try.It was between 15:00 and 16:00PM in the winter.Lighting
I had luck! In that place,there was a small veranda,but with awesome skylight.It was of a kind of translucent white plastic,that worked very well,creating naturally a filter of softness while at the same time allowed that a great amount of light to achieve some points of that space.After preview research of the place. I just had to choose the point I liked much!Equipment

Two things was clearly my mood of inspiration,the object,the doll,was a recent ordered piece to the collection and that old window,made of glass and iron that I explore as background,also in other captures of the photo session.Editing
I did a soft adjustment of brightness and contrast only!In my camera bag
When doing outdoors shots,I take a small tripod or a big one if the challenge request that for capture choices. Inside spaces I use only the camera...Feedback
The greatest difference when you do something specifc in photography, seems to be the necessity to have in mind what do you want to create.My best results come from a preview an a direction of what I want of the capture...it demands me to observe what I should be able to realize in the place and object I want to shot...
