Location
I took this photo in Central Montana at over 6500 foot elevation.Time
I shot this photo at 9:30am.Lighting
Natural lighting was tough and a very dark gray day.Equipment
I used a tripod on my old work horse Canon 30D with a 18 to 50mm lense.Inspiration
I first saw this house in 1979, it was the center for a working wheat farm. In the 1980's the bank ended up with the farm above my realities ranch. I would see this house while hunting deer miles away. This house was always very intriguing but I never was able to access the property. Another rancher I know bought the property and I was allowed to access the property while deer hunting and I was able at last to see this magnificent abandoned farm house.Editing
No!In my camera bag
18mm to 50mm, 75mm to 300mm, 100mm macro, tripod, vortex razor spotting scope with phone adapter, and numerous filters.Feedback
I let my eye decide what shot I want and shoot many shots with angle change and shutter speed. If a object attracts your eye take the shot.
