Location
I took this photo at Port Crescent State park in Michigan along Lake Huron.Time
I took this photo mid afternoon, I was out on a color tour and had Lake effect showers that came and went.Lighting
The Sun was coming and going due to lake effect showers, so the light was filtered by the rain and low clouds. never knew when the sun was out or if it would rain hard.Equipment
Nixom 5600 70-300 mm Lens and this was one of my last photos because the memory care ran out. All handled and hoped I got the photo before the light left.Inspiration
Just the look, the sky, and the colors seem so vibrant because of the light being filtered. and I wanted to get that last photo before heading home.Editing
Yes I did, I used pre set from View bug on it, and it just seemed right. I'm not one for post processing, yet I really liked this one.In my camera bag
2 cameras, 5600 and a 3200 one lens that is up to 300 and the other 18-55 some extra batteries, Crystal ball. and a tripod.Feedback
Be in the moment, and if something looks awesome take the photo go with it what the weather gives you and don't wait for the perfect moment the it might be gone and not knowing what could have been.
