This is another in my manikin series of photo-therapy shots. I was feeling burned out from so many intense emotions and putting so much effort into something but seeing no results. The manikin "holds a torch" for someone, but the flame is going out.

The torch is actually a tiny torch made from a bamboo skewer and twine with a duct tape handle. The ember glow at the tip and the smoke are both real, generated from blowing out the lit torch.
