Location
I took this photo at the Jurassic Coast in South England. It was quite a hike along the beach and the cliffs to get to this view.Time
I started walking down the beach around noon and got to this place at around 4pm, set up the camera on a bean bag on some cliff balancing between two rocks, water drops getting on the lense all the time.Lighting
The light in the middle of the day was beautiful. Clear and warm light. Would love to visit the spot again on dawn though.Equipment
I had my Canon 750D with a 24mm f/2.8 lense a ND Filter and a bean bag with me.Inspiration
During a roadtrip with an old camper can down the british coastline I had a lot of beautiful views, but this beach was full of photographers shooting pictures of the "Durdle Door", a rock formation just the beach next to this. I did not want to get in line with the rest, to shoot the picture everybody else was shooting, so I went for a long walk to find a rawer point of view.Editing
Just the usual Lightroom adjustmentsIn my camera bag
Normally I have my backpack with tripod, flash, a few other lenses and a nice bottle of scotch with me. in the last months my DJI Mini 2 Drone found it`s way into my backpack more and more.Feedback
Keep your eyes open and be not afraid to walk and climb for some time. It`s almost always worth it!
