Location
The photo was taken on one of Jena's mountains, the city I'm currently studying in, after a rainy day.Time
I had a long week with lots of work and studying, so I decided to take a break and hike a little to relax. It was a sunny afternoon after a rainy day.Lighting
The moment I saw the mushroom, I knew that I had to create a myterious, moody shot out of this. I had to take a few shots from different angles, so I could find the perfect scenery.Equipment
This was shot on my Sony a6000 with a 12mm 1.2 Lens, no other equipment envolved.Inspiration
I'm a huge fan of photographing objects standing alone. I just love the feeling those photos give. I guess the reason why such scenes attract me, is because that I myself am a lonely wolf. I see myself in these photos and that inspires me.Editing
Since most of my work has moody and dreamy touches to it, I need to use post-processing most of the time, and usually using Lightroom. This photo was no exception. In my camera bag
I always pack my Sony a6000 and 2 lenses: a 50mm 1.8 and a 12mm 1.2Feedback
Patience. Finding alone standing objects is much easier than actually finding the right angle to capture the shot. Patience is the key.
