Location
It was taken in october in my city Montevideo, during the Scott Kelby Worldwide Photowalk in Uruguay. This a street of the Old City, a part of Montevideo beyond downtown. It is a very classic area.Time
In the afternoon at five PMLighting
No flash lights were required, so I tried to find the best angle to make colors look luminous as they are.Equipment
Nikkon 5600 with a 18-140 lens, and a ND filter. No tripod.Inspiration
I believe this photo summarizes in a good way how the Old City of Montevideo looks. The old architecture and the touch of color that make this neighborhood a perfect place to walk while you admire the classic style mixed with coorful modern details.Editing
I took de raw file and I made little adjustments of light and color saturation. Not any big changeIn my camera bag
I always take my 18-140 lens with my camera. But I don´t forget my 70-300 for landscapes and faraway objects and also a Sigma macro lens special for flowers and little insects. And of course I always take a tripod and some filters like polarized, UV, ND and color filters.Feedback
This is a capture you can make successfully during day light. Because the neighborhood is specially dark at night. Natural light enhances the beauty of colors.
