Location
This photo was taken at Talice Park in a part of Flores Department. It is a natural reserve with many species of animals. In the case of peacocks they walk around free in the compan.y of people, especially children. Sometimes they get angry among themselves and that is the moment I took advantage to take my photoTime
The photo was taken early in the afternoon. It was a cloudy day but I took nice photos of the differente animals. I didn´t use a tripode because that was not permitted inside the park.Lighting
I took the photo with natural light. No flash was needed even when it was kind of cloudy. I wanted to take the photo with the peacock very clear so it colors look magnificent, while the background is unfocused on purpose.Equipment
My camera is a Nikon d5600. No tripod, fash or filters were usedInspiration
The park was very inspiring and I took several photos. Peacocks are very attractive with their elegance and beautiful colors so I enjoy to take this photo.Editing
I edited my RAW photo in lightroom . I did very little adjustments because light and shadows were really good.In my camera bag
Generally I carry with me a powerful zoom lens 70-300, some filters specially on sunny days, and of course more than one battery and extra memory cards. And of course a tripod, which I couldn´t use in this case.Feedback
To make a great capture of animals you need most of all much pacience. You have to wait fot the right momento to catch de right attitude.
