Behind The Lens

Location

Waking up at 3AM, pouring some hot coffee and getting the hike gear ready, this morning was about to be a sunrise hike on towards Roy's Peak, New Zealand!

Time

The picture was taken during sunrise, casting a beautiful orange glow across the sky.

Lighting

Morning light is the best condition to photograph quite frankly. It's smooth and colorful, perfect for landscapes!

Equipment

A Sony systemcamera I borrowed from a fellow travel mate. After the hike I got the SD card to exchange some pics!

Inspiration

The landscape was there, I just had to capture it with the right framing. That's new Zealand in a nutshell

Editing

I made the sky a bit more gloomy to fit the tones:)

In my camera bag

I carry around a drone, camera, some lenses and sometimes my laptop. A all-round set-up
