Self portrait of myself for my non-profit organization that helps Victims of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault- Abuse, and Rape and makes them Survivors, as well as educates law enforcement, school administrations, and medical professionals on how to better identify and provide help to victims. All while trying to raise awareness & get old, antiquated laws updated so abusers actually get the sentences they deserve instead of the slap on their wrist they're getting now.

Thankfully I'm one of the lucky ones who can call myself a Survivor! It's my goal to be able to give that to ALL VICTIMS so they no longer need to live in fear, suffer from the shame and humiliation that comes with the aftermath of any of these events, and help them to find their voices so they too can stand up, and help speak for those who aren't able or ready to yet.
