This photo was shot at sunset after a very rainy day.Lighting
It was miserable weather all day until it started to open up and this was the prize for all the waiting. All the lighting was provided by mother nature herself.Equipment
Fujifilm X-T1 with Fujinon 18-55mm F/2.8-4 at F11, I used a BENRO MACH 3 tripod C 28 with a Sirui K-40X ball head.Inspiration
All the atmosphere there was just blissful after all the rain the temperature was a bit chilly but the colors on the world-famous dolomite rocks were absolutely gorgeous.Editing
Yes I usually do some post-processing adjusting the exposure to bring back the colors I saw from the RAW file. In this case, I also did some dodging and burning to add some more contrast to the image and some minor cropping.In my camera bag
I usually bring my Fujifilm X-T1, three lenses: a FUJIFILM XF 18-55mm F/2.8-4 a FUJIFILM XF 55-200mm f/3.5-4.8 R LM OIS and a Rokinon 12mm f/2.0 NCS CS that I use for my astrophotography. Some ND filters and a polarizer. I also always bring my BENRO MACH 3 tripod C 28 with a Sirui K-40X ball headFeedback
What I suggest is to go to the mountains even when the weather forecast seems miserable because on the mountains you never know when the light can happen so just be ready.
