Behind The Lens

Location

This was taking at Hug Point at the Oregon coast.

Time

This was at sunset and during lowtide. If you do visit this area make sure you don't find yourself in one of these caves close to high tide... you might find yourself stuck and have to swim out...ouch

Lighting

The foreground elements were lighted with a hand held penlight

Equipment

Canon 6d with lseries 16-35ii lens on a manfrotto tripod and handheld penlight

Inspiration

I had envisioned this kind of image before. This is the second version of this series. Small flowers in foreground and some kind of tension.. usually loveloss or broken relationship going on in narrative.

Editing

Of course. This is a focus stacked image. One for sky. One for foreground . One for mid ground for character and one of midground long exposure for a blurry water/dreamy effect. Processing in lightroom and blended in PS7
