Or does it happen in transfer (PC -> Phone)?

Guilty as charged, Your Honour! I've also used "Poster Edges" line enhancing, maybe in excess... The picture was created 10+ years ago, while still learning the gentle art of post processing. The transfer had no effect as such. :)d
