This photo I captured in Orchaird Farm, on the Phuket Island, in Thailand. It was our last journey before the covid-pandemia. It was the winter of 2018 - 2019.Time
It was almost the best time for capturing. Sowhere around 9:30 a.m. The sun was still soft.Lighting
I was lucky as there were some clouds in the sky and and due to an easy semi-transparent awning the light was scattered and soft.Equipment
I did that shot with my standard linces: Sony ILCE-7, aperture 63/10 ISO 500, shutter 1/320, focal length 210/1. And of course I used tripod and auto trigger to avoid the camera shaking because of my hands.Inspiration
As usual, my inspiration was the natural beauty of the world around us. Especially, I was impressed with the variety of colours ans shapes of the tropical flora.Editing
I was trying to do as little post-processing or any editing as possible, to keep natural colour and texture of the object. I just removed the mist and strengthen the sharpness. In my camera bag
Normally, I take Sony LC-7, few lenses, tripod and auto trigger (and additional batteries, of course).Feedback
If you wish to capture something like that, please, find some tips. First of all, capture flowers in nature (not in a workshop). Remember that natural light gives the best drawing lines from the dawn till 10:00 - 11:00 a.m., or after 4:00 p.m. The second, as I always say, search for the best shooting point. The third, if possible use light-reflective screens or portable flash. And the last. If you wish to add something to the composition don't be affraid to try to do it.
