Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in Rutland Town Vermont on a hiking trail I built for my ex girlfriend. The fort was built my is with some help from my kids over the summer after I finished the trail.

Time

It was a cool evening In the spring would say around 2:30 pm

Lighting

I try to do most photography on cloudy days something about the light being manipulated by clouds and trees and such just makes other things pop or stick out more then others.

Equipment

I use my iPhone 7 Plus for the majority of my photography to be completely honest. Say what you will but it has created some of the most amazing shots I have imagined.

Inspiration

I was inspired to take this because I was so happy to see our memory make it through the harsh cold vermont winter and at least that time our love had as well.

Editing

I did minimal adjustments on the light and structure I believe but I am honestly not sure it was taken a bit ago at this point.

In my camera bag

My phone something to drink to stay hydrated and what ever moment I am living in.

Feedback

Take multiple shots at multiple angles don’t be afraid to adjust things a bit or even go natural do what you feel is best and works best. Feel it, and be in the moment.
