Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken on assignment, during a charity golf tournament.

Time

Mid-Morning on a sunny summer day.

Lighting

Sunny day, finding the best shot, while cruising around the course.

Equipment

This was shot on a Canon 5D, I'm pretty sure i had a Tamron zoom, as I didn't know what shot I'd come upon as the teams moved from hole to hole.

Inspiration

I found a long line, and knew where good focus would be.

Editing

Not much. Probably just a little highlight removal. Super bright sports shot, more about the after, than the edit.

In my camera bag

For sports I always want several zoom lenses, to be able to capture anything quickly. For this day, I alternated between "Sniper" shots with my Tamron 70-300mm & a Canon 24-70mm for closer work.
