Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Chapel Stile, Lake District , UK. We visited this cottage for our late holiday. We suppose to travel across Europe when everything gone downhill and we couldn't do our journey. My lovely elderly customers offered to stay in their holiday house in breathtaking place so that is it we went there an had amazing time!

Time

That is late afternoon after a long day walk around the beautiful location and this was the best spot seeing the cottage where stayed!

Lighting

I wanted to create a photo to gift to the people who offered their home and open their hearts for me , so tried to capture their house hidden in the green :)

Equipment

I used Nikon D3300 with kit lens and tripod

Inspiration

Stone houses make a big contrast in the green landscape so i try to capture that

Editing

Don't think I processed it as normally I like the old school photography when actually you can show the skills of photographer working with camera than with program changing the photo ....

In my camera bag

I have very old (1989 Tamron 18-135) macro lens , kit lens, 2 batteries, 2 SD cards, cloths for lens, filters and camera nikon d3300

Feedback

When trying to make photo usually visualize before even trying to shoot. Much easier and can save a lot of time;)
