Location
This photo was taken during a camping trip for quail and dove hunting, along with my grand kid Alex, this place is far away from light pollution, so the night is perfect for Astrophotography. We enjoy the camp fire, the cooking, and our friends, all at same time, we are very blessed.Time
You can see the sun light at the horizon, so the photo was taken a couple of hours after sunset, the sky was amazing clear also.Lighting
This was a very dark night with no moon at all, just the campfire soft light reflecting on the desert palms, giving me chance for taking many photos a different locations and choose the best one to share.Equipment
I was using my Nikon D750, with Nikkor 20 mm f1.8 lens, manual focusing, standard tripod, external backup battery, and remote trigger.Inspiration
I always bring my camera during my trips, and I am always inspired for the night starts and soft light during sunset and sunrise.Editing
