Behind The Lens

Location

This picture was taken from my home in Chesapeake Virginia I’m a self taught photographer

Time

I sent this bird feeder up so I was able to get fairly close on a over cast day around 11am

Lighting

It was a over cast day I really like the natural light

Equipment

A canon rod rebel t6 with a sigma 18-125 lens one of my favorites to use for short distance shots

Inspiration

I love taking nature shots and I’ve always had many birds on my property

Editing

The only processing I use is from windows 10 and a free service off the web

In my camera bag

I carry a cannon 80d t5 and a t6 and lens from 18-300 a few filters and a tripod

Feedback

The best advice is to take a lot of pictures and photograph what make you happy if funny sometimes I take 200 or 300 pictures each trip and can’t find a good picture and sometimes it’s that first picture you just never know
