At West Dennis Beach on Cape Cod, as we relaxed to the sounds of the gentle waves lapping on the sand, these kites started flying above. I had never seen win surfing before so I was quite amazed! The wind was relatively strong and steady, so these guys and gals were moving along the water like speed boats. Very exciting!
