I took this photo last summer on an all-night photo shoot in Joshua tree National park.
I, like a fool, rushed in and spent the entire night walking, shooting, and crawling around the desert.
I was wondering if I'd meet any snakes, or scorpions, or tarantulas in the process, but I didn't notice any.
Shooting the scene with such a short focal length meant I had to be low, and I had to be close. This lens captures 180 degrees, and I love it!
