Location

This photo was taken in my hometown Elkmont AL. It was just a random field where we saw some pretty flowers.

Time

This photo was taken around the end of March on perfectly sunny afternoon at around 3pm.

Lighting

All natural lighting captured in the evening around 3:30 - 4pm

Inspiration

Shes just a small town country girl and wanted to capture some great maternity pictures. Her first child Nolan is so cute and sweet and I really wanted to capture the magic of their bond and love while capturing her maternity session. He loves his mommy so much and was super excited for the new baby to come.

Editing

Simple hand edits, to bring the colors to their full potential.

Feedback

Capturing a 2 year old can be difficult at times, but thus child seemed to really enjoy ths nature...sticks, flowers etc. So we just ran with it, gave him a small bouquet and asked him to give it to his momma. Because we were asking him to do something that he wanted he was all too willing and we ended up with a great photo opportunity.
