When I shoot waterfalls I very often go for long exposures to calm down the chaos in the water and make it more pleasing to the eye. But sometimes you just have to freeze it to display the raw power of the water as it comes crushing down infront of you. And this spot is one of those spots you have to try it at least once. I love to use a long lens at Skogafoss waterfall in Iceland to compress the image and bring me closer to the water.
