This photo was taken we decided to take a spontaneous roadtrip through the texas hill country! While driving I came across this storm and decided since I had no real destination to chase it through Llano Texas!Time
It was taken around 6:00pm in the month of June 2020! At a random spot on the side of the road in Llano TexasLighting
The lighting in the sky creating such an ominous atmosphere and I loved that so much! So I didnt she any flash equipment and just did natural shots.Equipment
I used my Canon Rebel T6 crop frame camera and an attached a wide angle lens to my 18-55 mm lens.Inspiration
As I was taking my spontaneous trip the further south I got I noticed the darker it looked west and something inside told me to get off the south Ramps and go west and I'm beyond thankful I did. Chasing a storm for the first time was exhilarating! I'd love to do it again!Editing
All I did was give it an even more ominous tone. By adjust contrast and highlights and playing with the color sliders a tiny bit to enhance the already beautiful natural colors the sky held!In my camera bag
Of course my Canon Rebel t6, 18-55mm lens because it's one of my favorite cheap macro lenses. My go to lens, I never leave home without it, I use it for everything lanscape and Portrait related is my 50mm 1.8 lens, and I also pack my 70-200mm lens because you truly never know! I also carry cleaning cloths and ibuprofen!Feedback
Timing is everything. Never be scared of an amazing opportunity. Decided to chase this storm taught me how to stop saying no and saying yes to newly opened doors! Because you truly dont realize how much you've missed out on being scare dog change and growth. Embrace it! You got this! You can and you will succeed that's a promise.
