This photo was takin in my yard on a peony bud getting ready to bloom.

It was taken in the early morning.

Lighting

Just great Colorado sunshine.

Equipment

I was out checking my garden and just had my phone with me. So not any of my exensive lenses, tripods, lighting.

Inspiration

As I wS watching a singleladybug on a peony bud, a second bug crawled up and the two seemed to be having a private conversation. It was too good to pass up and run in the house for the big camera.

Editing

It was just cropped.

In my camera bag

Normally I have a Nikon body of some sort and a utilitarian lens unless I am doing a shoot that requires a honkin' big lens that rquires a Sherpa to carry it for me. I always have a ton of lens wipes - I take pix of dogs for an animal shelter and get lots of nose prints- squeakers and treats to get dogs ' attention, batteies, sd cards, and aot of things I intend to clean out so.eday.
