It was my last full day is Luang Prabang Laos, 2 weeks into a 3 week trip through Southeast Asia. The day before I had been attacked by bees and was a bit swollen. However I had seen the falls on a friend’s Instagram and I was determined to see it for myself. As you can see, it was worth it.Time
It was about midi day. We left the town in the morning and got there over lunch time.Lighting
The falls are in a fairly wooded area so that affected the lighted. However it was a fairly sunny day (maybe partially sunny).Equipment
I only had my iPhone 6 Plus with me.Inspiration
I had seen it on a friend’s Instagram months prior and it became a focal point for my trip I was planning through Asia. I absolutely love waterfalls and it was one of the most beautiful I had ever seen. I was moving out of Asia and I wanted to take pictures that truly showcased its beauty.Editing

On a big trip, I only have a carryon bag. Not much room for equipment.Feedback
Patience. I had to wait a few minutes to get the people out of my shot. I moved around a bit to to get that right angle.
