The right bank of the River Seine under the falling snow, looking down from quai François Mitterrand. Seen here is the ramp leading down to quai des Tuileries opposite rue de l’Amiral Coligny and the eastern edge of the Louvre Museum.
Quai des Tuileries was first built as a path along the Seine in 1731, then Napoleon had it transformed in to a quay in 1806.
