Location
This photo was taken on the terrace of our house in Bangalore, India.Time
This is one of my favourite shot so far (Yet to shoot the best image of my life as every day is a learning for me). There was a beautiful sunset behind our house, my Wife called me to enjoy the sunset with her. I soon grabbed my mobile & mobile lens (macro lens clip-on) and ran on top of the terrace. I saw the sunset was beautiful and I thought to make it even more beautiful. The time was around 6:20 pm.Lighting
As the time was sunset, I asked my wife to stand against the sunset light & asked to stand still without moving. She is the best model for me during my photography experiment.Equipment
I used my mobile Motorola one power & a 3rd party mobile macro lens with clip-onInspiration
I always love to shoot sunset photos but in a different point of view as you can see in my Viewbug profile. Most of the time me & my wife we go on a ride to enjoy the sunset in some remote location outside the city limits to enjoy the view. As soon as I saw this sunset, I asked my wife to be the part of my Sunset and viola, I got this shot.Editing
The macro photography requires lot of detailing in the post-processing. Since it was shot in mobile, I had to post-process to enhance the colouring and to retain the details. I used Lightroom for mobile & Snapseed on my mobile for post-processing.In my camera bag
My weapon is Canon 700D. The one go-to lens for me is Canon 50mm f1.8. The best lens for portrait photography, street photography, candid photography but from a nearer distance & also for low light photography. Next comes Tokina 11-16mm f2.8 wide-angle lens. The best budget lens for landscape photography I can say. I have travelled to many countries with this lens for some amazing landscape photography. Then comes the stock 55-250mm lens & 18-55mm lens in the bag.Feedback
Everyone who aspires to become a photographer should be ready to shoot the frame with anything they have in their hand. We can't keep camera in our hand everywhere we roam. Mobile photography should be a quickie whenever we find any interesting scenario out there.
