Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in my bedroom in my home in Washington state. I had just starting to play with my long interest in photography, something I had never really pursued.

Time

I had been playing with my phone all day during a time when I was laid off due to the coronavirus. This was taken toward the end of the day as I was playing with my family pets.

Lighting

The lighting was just pretty standard bedroom lighting. I liked how if you look really close and use a lot imagination you can see the reflection of my dog’s rat child (small gray rat) in my dog’s eye as she stares at him with such fondness.

Equipment

I merely used an iPhone 11

Inspiration

I had seen imagines of other people taking picture of eyes close up and thought I would try my hand it too.

Editing

The only thing I did to alter this photo was to change it to a black and white photo.

In my camera bag

When I took this photo, I didn’t have a bag. I was just a girl and iPhone. Since taking this photo I have purchased a canon rebel t7
