Bike theft in downtown Victoria, BC is rampant during the COVID19 pandemic. The head Public Officer of BC, Dr. Bonnie Henry, has advised police not to charge homeless for "petty theft" such as break ins and bike thefts. So she is, in effect, condoning criminality. These bikes are people's transportation. She needs to be fired.
