This landscape is from last summer when I visited Bar Harbor, Maine for the July 4th weekend. I had gotten up at 3:30am to drive to the top of Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park, just so I could be one of the first people in the continental US to see the sun rise above the harbor on that perfect summer morning.
