These are one of the most graceful birds I have ever seen. They really push the limits of their Flight Envelope. The 1st year birds, like this one, really stand out with the red eyes and unique marking on their heads. They can be a little less graceful than the adults and tend to hit the water a little too hard sometime, but they always recover.
