Behind The Lens

Location

I taken this photo in the morning in my home.

Time

It was already ten in the morning, and I observe that the day had awakened and had passed my dog.

Lighting

The lighting was very dim, in a very dark room. What makes the photo more important to me. Since I had to use a very low exposure speed even with a very high aperture. It was fortunate that the dog did not move during this process. It could have received more light, but it would not have had that play of colors in the bokeh.

Equipment

For this shot I was use my camera Canon Eos 77D, with a Canon Lens 50mm f/1.4

Inspiration

When I saw my dog ??lying on the floor, with his head on the step, with the face of having risen from the grave. I thought... They also make that face in the morning. And I shot a picture this.

Editing

Sure!, I had to correct the contrast and the light balance of the raw, since originaly the picture is so dark.

In my camera bag

Apart from my camera “Eos 77D” I usually wear a Tamron 70-300mm, a canon 50mm, a canon 10-18mm, and a manual flash. (I do not like the flash though).

Feedback

It is important to know the equipment you have on you, if I had chosen the objective wrong I would never have been able to take a photo like that in those light conditions.
