A lovely quiet evening, the moon was full and rising and always look so huge when this low in the sky I just had to snap some picsLighting
Although it looks like a picture of the sun, it is actually the moon The winter sky and moon came out very bland in the original shot but everything came together in photo editingEquipment

I take many shots from this vantage point (second story bedroom) The sun and moon rise here, the wild life that visits our area is plentiful and the seasonal changes make it a superb spot for photographyEditing
The original was quite bland and had no focal point so, I played with the image in editing -cropped the image, bumped up the saturation, contrast and changed the light to make the image popIn my camera bag
