Sun was bit harsh by the time and clouds started clearing from Lower hills, rays were piercing through clouds and trees, so decided to zoom to capture that.Equipment

I carry usually Nikon D750 with Tamron 70-200mm f2.8, Tamron 15-30mm f2.8 and Nikkor 85mm 1.8g.Feedback
Always plan ahead and if you wish to take sunrise plan a day in advance for location and make sure you look around and not get fix to one angle only.
