Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in my backyard which is in Illinois. I bought a camera about four months ago and this is my first attempt at photographing flowers.

Time

I was experimenting with morning, mid-day and evening shots of the Peach blossoms. This photograph was actually around 10am.

Lighting

I chose to use all natural lighting with this photograph. I do have a Speedlight but I prefer natural lighting when possible.

Equipment

This was shot with a Canon T7I camera. The lens was a Canon EFS 55- 250mm.

Inspiration

I was waiting anxiously for the Peach tree to blossom so I could practice photgraphy. I knew from past blooming of the tree that the blossoms were eye catching.

Editing

Peach Blossoms did not have and post processing. My personal preference is natural untouched photos.

In my camera bag

My Canon T7I camera, Canon 18-55mm lens. Canon 55-250mm lens. Canon 470Ex-Ai Speedlite

Feedback

Be patient when creating a photograph. I am teaching myself this art with the help of all the Photographers here on Viewbug.
