Thanks to both of you. I just happened to in the right place at the right time, which goes to show you that sometimes luck trumps skill. Thanks Again.

Location
While we were walking down a trail at Arches National Park we noticed the carcass of a small deer just off the trail. Looking around a little bit we saw this bobcat a few yards away keeping an eye on his lunch.Time
It was probably somewhere around mid morning.Lighting
Just mid morning natural lightEquipment
I had a Nikon D500 with a nikkor 20-70mm f/2.8Inspiration
Never that close to a bobcat in the wild.Editing
I do as little post processing as possible. In my camera bag
It just depends, when I'm just walking around I usually have a D500 with a 16-80mm f/2.8-4. When I shoot high school football softball, baseball or track I use a nikkor 70-200 f/2.8 but when I go indoors to shoot basketball, volleyball or wrestling i normally use nikkor 20-70mm f/2.8.Feedback
In the case of this image it was just a matter of being in the right place at the right time.
