In the UK we are now restricted to one "exercise outing" a day (a walk, a run, or a cycle ride). I decided to take my walk last night, down to the local reservoir. I accidentally took my camera and tripod, but this turned out to be a fortuitous error on my part. The night was clear (no moon, as it was New Moon), cold and quiet. Seeing the turbine in the field with the Plough (Big Dipper) virtually overhead, I knew I would be able to locate the North Star (Polaris) easily, and place it behind the rotor hub of the turbine. The rest was down to waiting for the 168 picture sequence to complete!!
