This picture was taken at Ha Noi Capital of North VietNam , I am using Infrared filter in this picture and with a little help of PS to bring out the blue colours , hope that will answer the question !Email me 4 more detail danielphamphotography@yahoo.com

Clearly this is a great shot, judging by the heavy commenting. Very spiritual and peaceful looking. It's like something you'd see in a fantasy movie where the holy seers have their visions or something. Very beautiful.
