It was dark in the library and no flashes were allowed, which was fine because I wanted a ghostly image and a long shutter speed (4 seconds) was needed for that.Equipment

A wide angle lens a steady base and experimenting with several shutter speeds (and I mean several,lol) and you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
