Stately birches surround this lovely trail through the boreal forest in Fairbanks, Alaska. This trail is located at the Creamer's Field Migratory Waterfowl Refuge, approximately 1,800 acres of bird sanctuary consisting of fields, forests, and wetlands. It is also home to moose, foxes and the occasional bear. This was shot on August 31, with fall beginning.
