A few things which I found interesting in this interior image of actual winemaking operations . First is the abstract looking vines on concrete floor from tasting spilling to drain. Second was the amount of wine colored staining center oak barrels after hands on tasting by operations. Telltales signs of active participation by ownership and operations to adhere to the personal touch by private family ownership. Congratulation to the Peju family and winery on a job well done :-)
