In an aquarium of the city Zoo, in Budapest, Hungary, I guess (because there is another facility with aquarium, so I can't remeber exactly :-( ).

Time

During daytime but I can't remember - maybe in the the morning or afternoon.

I can' remember, sorry! :-(
